
The mission and priority of Howard Fitness & Nutrition is to meet our clients’ health and fitness goals to promote a healthy and fit state of being.
Our clients tell us what their goals are (both long term and short), and we will provide them with the proper fitness routine and nutrition plan (HFIT) to meet each individual’s unique needs towards their path to success!
Our founder Benjamin Howard has an extensive background in health and nutrition with multiple certifications in personal training, nutrition, as well as over 8 years experience with military strength and fitness as a Master Fitness Trainer (MFT).
Because HFIT’s system is designed and built just for you, you will not see other products or systems like this. If you were to go to your local gym, 9 times out of 10 the personal trainer you work with will place you on the same program/routine as he or she would give to anyone, regardless of their goals and physical state of being. However, that strategy does not usually end up with the expected results. Why? Because each person has unique and special needs; what may work for one person, may not work for another.
How HFIT works:
1. Talk to us! Tell us what your goals are (toned, lose weight, muscle mass, etc).
2. Once we know more about YOU, we will design a plan built on YOUR needs. Included in the plan is:
· A workout routine based on your schedule
· Nutrition guidelines and recipes that match your goals
· Helpful tools to assist you along the way, such as instruction videos which demonstrate the proper execution of each routine.
· Follow up emails, skype video, and phone calls to address one of our trainers with any questions or concerns you may have.
